Cranberry and White Chocolate Chip Cookies

The baked white chocolate chips are so good in this recipe, every bite is either intensely sweet or a little bit tart from the dried cranberries.

Olive Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe is dairy-free and is a great option for people who can't eat butter for dietary reasons.

I was at the FAACT conference, it was so much fun meeting everyone and I learned so much. I did come home earlier due to a family emergency, everything is better now but I'm so behind on everything I want to do.
